Not only are we ARLA qualified, meaning we have extensive knowledge of the lettings industry but we have also undertaken extensive training with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) as well as the  Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC).  We are also fully aware of the importance of our role when letting or selling a property so are pleased to assure our clients that we hold both professional indemnity and public liability insurance so our clients have peace of mind.
