Students

If you're a student moving into your student rental accommodation for the first time or a landlord providing student housing, it is imperative you have an inventory of the property prepared before the tenancy starts which needs to be impartial and unbiased. The inventory report will document what is at the property and the condition of it, including any furniture. Having a third party carry out an inventory or checkout is one way to eliminate any ambiguity and to ensure an unbiased report is provided. We have trained with one of the top tenancy deposit schemes so have up to date knowledge on how to conduct a thorough and detailed report.

If your Landlord or Agency has not provided an inventory or checkout we would highly recommend having one carried out to protect yourselves and help minimise the chance of a dispute at the end of the tenancy. Even if these are provided, you are still able to obtain your own as well.
