Tenants

We understand tenants need an impartial and unbiased service when it comes to inventories and checkouts. Having a third party carry out an inventory or checkout is one way to eliminate any ambiguity and to ensure an unbiased report is provided. We have trained with one of the top tenancy deposit schemes so have up to date knowledge on what is considered wear and tear and when a tenant may be liable for damage so can reassure tenants that our reports are fair, objective and in line with the guidelines provided by the schemes.

We can prepare inventories and checkouts for all types of tenants including shared student accommodation, Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) 

If your Landlord or Agency has not provided an inventory or checkout we would highly recommend having one carried out to protect yourselves and help minimise the chance of a dispute at the end of the tenancy, Even if these are provided, you are still able to obtain your own as well.
